The Dream Project
I just found this cool DREAM Project Challenge where teams compete in deriving a gene network and predicting its output.

I teach computer programming, Internet programming and bioinformatics in the Computer Science Department at Brigham Young University. My research includes sequence alignment, phylogenetic search algorithms, gene regulatory networks, and next generation sequencing algorithms.
